OLIVIA (hereinafter also "OLIVIA") based in Volta Mantovana (Italy), recognizes the importance for its users and customers to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and security of their non-public personal data (hereinafter "Data Personal ") and informs you that the Personal Data you provide to OLIVIA through the Site will be treated in compliance with the current Italian legislation on privacy and the specific local regulations applicable from time to time for the treatments carried out outside the territory Italian, as well as the principles and general rules of conduct contained in the Code of Ethics adopted by OLIVIA.

1. Type and source of data

Furthermore, with your prior consent, the Personal Data may be entered in the OLIVIA customer database and processed for the following purposes:

(c) profiling purposes: for the processing of studies, surveys, analysis and statistical and / or market research, in relation to your preferences on our products, in order to offer a personalized service to your needs and promote initiatives and activities cultural and recreational activities that could interest you;

3. Processing methods

Personal Data will be processed using suitable electronic or automated, IT and telematic tools, or through manual paper processing, with logic strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee security and confidentiality of the data. Personal Data will be processed by OLIVIA internal staff (employees and collaborators) authorized for this purpose as Data Processor in the performance of the assigned work duties, and possibly by external subjects as necessary and / or instrumental for the execution of the aforementioned purposes (e.g. service providers, shippers, technicians who maintain IT services, companies that OLIVIA may use for the creation and / or management of promotional campaigns for its products or services, etc.).

Any use of the data relating to your credit card for purposes other than verifying the existence of means of payment, debiting and managing payments, as well as the management of any complaints and litigation procedures, is expressly excluded. To this end, the aforementioned data will also be processed by the bank that provides services connected with the management of online payments as well as by the institution that issued the credit card that you will insert to validate your order.

We also inform you that if you consent to the processing of your Personal Data for the purposes referred to in letters (c) and (d) of paragraph 2, your data will automatically be visible by EMMA Firenze, adopting all suitable and appropriate security measures and confidentiality required by applicable legislation.

4. Nature of the provision

The provision of Personal Data is optional.

However, if you wish to place a purchase order for the products offered on the Site and / or receive information on OLIVIA's products and services and / or contact our Customer Service, you must fill in all the fields indicated as mandatory in the relevant forms.

The processing of your data for the purposes referred to in letters (c) and (d) is subject to the release by you of an explicit consent. Any refusal to grant consent has no other effect than that of not being able to inform you about initiatives that may interest you and / or send you any other information of a commercial nature on EMMA Firenze products, initiatives and events.

5. Communication and dissemination of data

Your Personal Data, insofar as necessary and / or instrumental for the execution of the aforementioned purposes, may be processed by external parties who will act as Data Processors belonging to the company, consultants and professional firms that provide assistance and / or consultancy, or who carry out, on behalf of OLIVIA, services connected and instrumental to the purposes of data processing.

Your Data may be transferred abroad in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law, even in countries outside the European Union where the Company pursues its interests.

Personal Data will not be disclosed to third parties, outside of OLIVIA, so that they can use them for their own promotional purposes or referring to products, services or initiatives not originating from OLIVIA will in no case be disseminated to indeterminate subjects.
